In order to assist Taiwan’s TFT-LCD
flat panel manufacturers in producing the next-generation,
larger-size, TFT-LCD panels, and to further enhance their
commitment to Taiwan's TFT-LCD industry, Corning Display
Technology, the global market and technology leader in
the TFT LCD glass substrate industry, continues to expand
its LCD glass substrate capacity by constructing a glass
melting facility at its Tainan plant.
Era assisted Corning in hosting a press conference and
expansion ceremony designed to demonstrate Corning’s
strong commitment and confidence in the local TFT-LCD
industry, as well as celebrating a significant milestone
in the global TFT-LCD glass substrate industry. Era invited
journalists from both Taipei and Tainan to participate
in both the press conference and expansion ceremony.
Era also helped to invite representatives from the local
government and guests from Corning’s partners and
clients to participate the ceremony. With Era’s
help, not only did Corning create positive exposure of
its commitment to Taiwan, but also enhanced its relationship
with the local government and its local clients. |
