Description: |
After SARS, Cisco would like to initiate
an unprecedented channel program to further strengthen
the relationship with its partners and convey the message
that how Cisco care for the partnership. The close partnership
could be shown via an event in which keeping both physical
and mental health would be the center piece. Hence, Cisco
opted to hold the “Fun Summer Softball Tournament.”
For this one-day event, Era helped organize every details
from setting the rules of games, securing the venue, arranging
BBQ, providing party games, equipment preparation to Prize
Presentation.
Employees from Cisco’s 15 partners and their
families were invited to have great outdoor fun in the
summer time. Total attendees were over 500 people. This
event included softball tournament and a garden party.
All the attendees participated in various fun either
on the soft ball field or with the party games. As a
result, Cisco got enthusiastic appreciation from all
the attendees and was encouraged to carry on holding
such events on an annual basis. |
