FISC is responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the inter-bank information network. In response, FISC held a large-scale seminar and invited finance organizations to confer with them on matters with major financial consequences for the year. FISC’s event focused on financial securities this year, and FISC hoped to build relationships between different banks.

Era chose the Hualien BELLEVISTA Hotel as the venue for its seminar. FISC invited the Administrative Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Finance and the Minister of Interior Affairs to be guest speakers. An open discussion gave ample opportunity for guests to express their opinions. Apart from the planned agenda of the seminar, time was set aside for all to relax at the Hualien Ocean Park and on the golf course.

With the backdrop of starry nightscape by the ocean, guests were treated to a sumptuous banquet, and an aborigine dance and Russian dance continued to delight their five senses. The extraordinary evening and its profound impressions were captured on video. The overall event was a resounding success with FISC and attendees, all enjoying the seminar.
